Registration > Registration procedure

The registration process is not as obvious as we would have liked, due to site constraints that we do not control. Here are some explanations on the process.

 > To register, you have to go through the 'Meeting registration' page. You will be asked to use your 'SciencesConf.org' account, or to create one if you do not have one.

> The first step will be to fill out a form with your administrative information. Once submitted, your registration will be validated by the organizers and you will receive a confirmation email. This may take a few hours. Be careful, this type of message may end up in your spam folder.

> Once your registration is validated, you will be able to access the payment page (Menu 'My registration' in 'My Space') where you will find the bank details. Only bank transfers are possible: you will find in the payment page the bank account number that you have to give to your bank in order to proceed with the payment..


Importantly, do not forget to submit an abstract (Menu 'My submissions' in 'My Space').
